The Site is not an online checkout — bookings, final pricing, contracts, and event details are confirmed directly with a member of our team by phone, email, or in person before any booking is considered confirmed.

3. Quotes, Pricing & Bookings

Prices and packages shown on the Site are estimates only and may vary based on event type, coverage hours, location, and add-on services.

A quote is not a confirmed booking. Your booking is confirmed only once you sign a contract and provide any required deposit with our team.

Delivery timelines mentioned on the Site (for example, proof or gallery turnaround) are estimates, not guarantees, and may vary by season and event complexity.

Payment terms, deposits, and balances are arranged directly with our team through the payment method we provide; we do not collect or store your card information through the Site itself.

4. Submitted Content & Photos

When you submit photos, inspiration images, or other content through our inquiry forms — including through “Save Your Date” — you confirm that:

You own the rights to that content, or have permission from the rights holder to share it with us, and

You give us permission to review it solely to prepare a quote or plan your event.

We reserve the right to decline to provide services for events or requests that are illegal or that we determine to be unsafe, offensive, or inappropriate.

5. Our Content

Everything else on the Site — including text, photographs, graphics, logos, and the Gruber Photographers name and branding — is owned by Gruber Photographers or our licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not copy, reproduce, or use our content for commercial purposes without our written permission.

6. Acceptable Use
